Rapid Pest Solutions originally began as Heat Pest Control, a company specializing in bed bug extermination using thermal remediation. After a few years, owners Chick and Tony Hanas, identified the needs of their clients to eliminate a wider range of pests. They listened as their customers talked about ants, mice and other creepy crawlies. Heat Pest was able to begin putting together a team that would eventually become Rapid Pest Solutions. Choosing professionals with experience and success in the pest control industry, they ended up with a highly trained staff that seeks to have long lasting relationships with their customers and prides themselves on their level of customer satisfaction. And that is how Rapid Pest Solutions was born.
Rapid Pest Solutions is a full service pest control company. We still provide bed bug extermination but we have added to our arsenal. TONY HANAS / Vice President – Tony has an extensive background in sales and marketing. WAYNE RITENOUR / Branch Manager – Wayne has been in the pest industry for almost 20 years and has worked as a technician, a salesman and on up, to a supervisory capacity. He continues to stay up to date on the latest techniques and products and he can still be found doing services. He is a hands-on leader who is aware of the happenings with our customers in the field. Wayne is Quality Pro and AIB certified and strives to educate our customers, both residential and commercial, on the pests that they encounter. His customer service is second to none.
